Load Wiring: Intellitec Battery Control Center Wiring Diagram
All bulbs selected were “Warm White” to keep the feel of an incandescent bulb. The new 110v wiring is 14 gauge and the 12 volt wiring for the lights, water pump and fans is 12 gauge . The symbols in Figure 8 are utilized to discover the much larger factors Which may be found in an electrical diagram or schematic. The depth employed for these symbols will differ when used in program diagrams. Wires can hook up two terminals together, or they’re able to join dozens. Whenever a wire splits into two directions, it produces a junction.

I wouldn’t wire anything together that is older than 6 months apart. 4 AWG is going to be the best for connecting RV batteries, but you can also use 6 AWG and get good results. You can still just chain the terminals together like the 2 or 3 battery method, but things will be very unbalanced. If you’re going to add 4 batteries to your RV, you are going to have to get a little fancier with the wiring. Doing this distributes the load, and with just two batteries, you will have a balanced circuit.

Another thing you want to make sure of is that your charger is rated for the battery chemistry that you are charging. Most deep cycle batteries have similar charging profiles but lithium batteries require a slightly different voltage. So if you are wiring two 6V batteries in series, you will simply connect the positive terminal of one battery to the negative terminal of the other.
With PCM terminal quantity 33 grounded, the DK BLU wire will become the ground for your cooling lover relay #three\’s Command coil at terminal B4. This turns the relay on for the reason that terminal C6 has electric power constantly from the 10A fuse. It’s very important to fully charge the car before every trip, but as I’m an RV beginner I don’t know how to wire a 50 amp rv plug. Your tutorial is easy to understand, hope it works for me.
Pay the extra dollar or two and get the higher quality lights. Trouble free operation with higher quality lights make them worth it. 7-Pin Connectors like the one pictured are very common for RV’s and other bigger-ish trailers.

The first option, which we recommend, is referred to as the AUTO connection, where the signal terminal is connected directly to the ground. As a response, the BG will disconnect the batteries when the voltage goes below 11.5 V (or 12.2 V if using Option B for the ignition connection). In this setup, the BG will reconnect the batteries once their voltage is sensed to be above 13.3 V after 20 seconds.
We will continue to listen and work hard for your complete satisfaction. I have checked it at home where I’m on well water, and has P.S.I., not sure about the G.P.M. have not checked that, anyway my shower pressure is low. The self discharge rate of a Dakota Lithium battery (i.e. how much power is lost each month the battery is not being used), is 1/4 that of a lead acid battery, only 1-2% a month. That means if you take a break between adventures your batteries will still have plenty of power the next time you hit the road. The state of charge of your battery bank is like a gas gauge for your battery bank.
